High chromium content high wear resistance high corrosion resistance slurry pump gravel centrifugal pump

The pump body and Impeller of the Gravel Pump are made of wear-resistant metal. The connection between the pump body and the cover of the gravel pump is made of special compression structure, and the outlet position can be rotated at will, which is convenient for the installation and maintenance of the gravel pump. The bearing parts are made of cylinder type, which is convenient to adjust the gap between the impeller and the pump body, and the whole part can be disassembled for maintenance.
The gravel pump is a kind of pump that can adapt to various working conditions, such as the preservation of acid, alkaline clear liquid or slurry; various erosive slurries in the smelting industry; various dilute acids in the sulfuric acid industry; various kinds of sewage in the environmental protection industry, etc. The pump is resistant to both erosion and wear and tear, and the scale of application is very common. 　　1）Great abrasion resistance: The whole overflow parts are made of steel-lined ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE), and the abrasion resistance of UHMW-PE ranks first among plastics, 4 times higher than nylon 66 (PA66) and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), and 7-10 times higher than the abrasion resistance of carbon steel and stainless steel.
　　2) Strong impact resistance: The impact strength of UHMWPE ranks first among general engineering plastics and is 5 times higher than that of (Acrylonitrile/Butadiene/Styrene) copolymer (ABS), and can be maintained at -196℃, which is a feature not found in any other plastic.
　　3) Excellent erosion resistance: the pump can resist various erosive media (acid, alkali, salt) and organic solvents within a certain temperature and concentration scale, impregnated in 80 kinds of organic solvents at 20℃ and 90℃ for 30d. no surface distortion, and other physical properties simply do not change.
