Gravel Pump is mainly used for continuous conveying of strongly abrasive materials that cannot be conveyed by general slurry pumps because the particles are too large. It is suitable for dredging, gravel suction, river dredging, mining and metal smelting explosive slag conveying, etc.
Structure characteristics
Ⅰ This series gravel pump is mainly a centrifugal pump with horizontal and single pump casing structure. Special clamps are used to clamp the pump body and pump cover, and the pump's outlet direction can be in any position of 360 degrees, which is convenient for installation and use.
The bearing assembly of Ⅱ gravel pump adopts cylinder structure, which is easy to adjust the clearance between the Impeller and the pump body and can be removed as a whole during maintenance. The bearings are lubricated with grease.
Ⅲ The shaft seal of gravel pump is in the form of packing seal,  expeller seal and mechanical seal.
V Gravel pump has wide flow channel, good cavitation performance, high efficiency and wear-resisting corrosion.
Ⅵ Transmission mode mainly includes V-shaped triangle belt transmission, elastic coupling transmission, gear reducer transmission, hydraulic coupling transmission, frequency drive device, silicon controlled speed regulation, etc.
Ⅶ The material of over-flow parts is made of high hardness wear-resistant alloy cast iron.
