1. Keep the equipment clean, dry, oil-free and leak-free.
2. Check whether the oil level in the bracket is suitable every day, and the correct oil level is near the position of the oil level line, which should not exceed ±2mm.
3. Frequently check whether the pump is running with abnormal sound, vibration and leakage, and deal with problems in time.
4. It is strictly forbidden to run the pump in the pumping state, because the pump running in the pumping state not only vibrates violently, but also affects the life of the pump, so special attention must be paid to it.
5. It is strictly forbidden to enter metal objects and large solids that exceed the pump allowable passage in the pump, and it is strictly forbidden to enter flexible substances such as rubber skin, cotton silk, plastic sheet, etc., so as not to damage the overflow parts and block the Impeller flow channel, so that the pump cannot work normally.
6. Frequently check whether the pressure and flow of shaft seal water and cooling water are appropriate, you can use the method of checking the opening degree of the shaft seal water pipe valve or detecting the temperature of the packing box, and the water supply is insufficient when the temperature is high. For pumps that use grease to lubricate the packing, oil should be added regularly once or twice a day to ensure that the packing is in good lubricated condition.
7. Regularly detect the leakage of shaft seal water, when the leakage increases, the bolt of the packing gland should be adjusted, and the packing should be replaced in time.
