Is the slurry pump centrifugal?

Slurry Pump is a kind of centrifugal pump, which refers to a mechanical equipment that can increase the energy of solid and liquid mixed media by means of centrifugal force (rotation of the Impeller of the pump).

Centrifugal Pumps work by using the impeller to rotate so that the water can make centrifugal movement. Before the slurry pump is started, the pump casing and suction pipe must be filled with water to start the motor, and the pump shaft rotation is used to drive the impeller and water to do high-speed rotation movement, and after the centrifugal movement of the water, it is thrown to the outer edge of the impeller, and flows into the pressurized water pipeline of the slurry pump through the flow channel of the worm pump casing.
