Common fault solutions for slurry pumps

Common faults of slurry pumps:

(1) The pump does not rotate;

(2) The pump flow is insufficient;

(4)The pump vibrates and has noise;

(5) Bearing heating;

(6) Short bearing life.

Actions:
(1) If the solid and hard sediment in the vortex shell is silted, measures can be taken to remove the silt.

(2) If the Impeller or inlet and outlet pipeline is blocked, the impeller or pipeline can be cleaned. If the impeller is seriously worn, it should be replaced. If the filler mouth leaks, the filler should be pressed. The conveying height is too high, the loss resistance in the pipe is too large, and the conveying height is reduced or the resistance is reduced.

(3) If the shaft and the feeding box are different from the shaft, the main reason is large processing error and incorrect installation. Care should be taken to check that the installation is correct after installation. If the sealing water ring is seriously worn, a new water ring needs to be replaced. If the sealed clean water pipe is blocked, the sealed water cannot enter the middle of the packing, resulting in rapid packing wear, resulting in material leakage. The blocked water pipe should be unclogged to keep the sealed water clean.
